Hi there! I'm Jamie. Children's book author, editor, and a foodie. I bring to life humorous characters and stories that both you and your child can enjoy together. When I am not writing my own narratives, I help other authors polish their stories for publication. And for fun, I share my families favorite recipes, literary resources, and my artwork.

My Story
Jamie Lowery was born and raised in Washington state within a blended family. As a child she struggled with reading, but with the help of her first-grade teacher and a grit mindset reading became easier. She used writing as an outlet for struggles at home, with friends, and her own identity. By eighteen, Jamie was married and less than a year later became a mother. Shook by her daughter’s premature death, writing again become a source of relief. Jamie writes passionately about themes of perseverance, heartbreak, and triumph bringing to life her own experiences of loss and raising her sons. She offers an authentic approach to life without he façade of worldly expectations. She promotes body positivity and inclusivity encouraging young minds to explore the endless possibilities within the pages of a good book. She currently attends Southern New Hampshire University, studying English and Creative writing. Her debut children's title is coming soon, Summer 2025 She is a full-time homemaker, juggling motherhood, and pokes fun embarrassing her preteen.
